You

You have demonstrable technical leadership experience with dispersed teams and have exemplary communication and presentation skills, you have experience in change management and have a strong customer focus.

You will take complete ownership of this role from the outset and will help to build out the Cloud Operations team, including interviewing, selection and training.

What you’ll do

The Lead Developer plays a crucial part of our delivery team ensuring the customer requirements are understood and clear for developers to start. As Lead Developer you will be paired directly with the customer’s product owners and developers in order to convert requirements into development stories.

QiO adopts an agile methodology to rapidly on-board complex projects within 8-12 week periods – covering Discovery, Inception and 2-3 development sprints.
